Well, that was a step back in time for sure.... There was plenty of neon and a cassette tape playing the 80s tunes.
Our 35 minute workout included grapevines, scoops, box steps and mambos. Plus a few missed beats, some marching and step-touching and plenty of repetitions!
All in all lots of fun, plenty of laughs and remembering the good old days of aerobics classes.
I'm sure we will do it all again so keep an eye on the training sessions on the website. I just need to recover from this one!!
