Our report title today is inspired by Alice's Flamenco themed warm up, and her interesting decision to wear high heeled Flamenco shoes for the first kilometer of her run today 🤷‍♀️

Vicki and Dave were at the funnel end today, supervising token distribution with a new volunteer and barcode scanning, whilst Aoife, Sam and Betsy were out on the course cheering on our runners as marshals. Tony took a gently paced break from his long run to tail walk, completing the course with a four year old runner in just under 27 minutes!
