GOODGYM WOKING NEWS

• Merry Christmas - One more Group Run to Go - 18th of December
• There is an extra Group run happening on the 5th of January, we will be helping out with the Junior Park Run! If you are free on the sunday morning - sign up and register for Free on the Park run website and send me you Park Run Code as I will need this for the race director.
• If anyone would like to run off some Christmas Festivities and would like to join me at the Longmoor Brutal Run then sign up , I have entered in for the shorter course of 8km, there is a 16km available.

Food & Drink

Last night we met at the Red Lion in Horsell. Not a a pair of shorts or running leggings in sight. Sally-Anne appeared with a tinsel halo and James and Josh dressed to impress in their Christmas Jumpers. It was a nice treat to see Leo who had been hiding from us, join us for the xmas meal. Also we welcomed back Adam back from his Tokyo travels. Barbara and George always appear when there is drink mentioned. It was great to see so many members. With everyone remembering what they had ordered last month (James would take any food coming his way). The food was yummy and service was great (apart from their Math skills).

A Big Thank You A massive thank you from myself and Nick for all the lovely gifts. Nick looks forward to pampering himself with all the lotions and potions. It was very lovely surprise and all I can say is a Big Thank you to you all - You guys make GoodGym what it is and myself and Nick always so what a lovely bunch of people we have. You all have kind hearts and are so welcoming to new members.... you
