LAST NIGHT AT THE RSPCA So last night we met at the RSPCA in Chobham. I'm not sure if I should take it as a compliment that members were happy to hear that I would be taking tonight's session. The relief of no bootcamp.... instead just a run. To start the evening off we headed off for a timed warm up loop, with everyone now set a target time to beat.

After the loop we headed into the dog agility compound to help control the weeds. Tools in hand we got to work. It's satisfying work seeing the progress made and seeing how much tidier it looks. It's also a lovely way to catch up and have a chat while working. With the back section cleared it was time for another 1km loop, this time beating the previous time. WIth everyone going faster than before it was great to see everyone putting in a great effort. Loop complete - it was back to work clearing thorns and stinging nettles... not a nice job! James finding a broom to help sweep up the weeds left behind it was now looking so much better and I hope the dog's approve!

To finish the evening off.... Yep, one more loop, this time going as fast as possible to get the fastest time of the evening! Mark clearly missing GG and did a fantastic job coming in first just in front of Owen and Adam!

A massive well done to everyone tonight... Job complete and some interval training whilst gardening!!
