A cold wet and windy Thursday night. In a goodgymers world that's perfect conditions for a litter pick.

This week GGC&V has teamed up with Love Where You Live Cardiff to complete a series of litter picks across the city.

Third in the series was a trip to Splott and STAR Hub. 12 goodgym members (and an extra little helper) met at the Hub and hit the streets.

The allocated hour seemed excessive, but it turned out the streets of Splott had plenty of trash to keep the group busy. A bottle here, a can there, a scalpel and a dinner plate thrown in for good measure.

13 full bags of rubbish later, the group re congregated for a quick snap and headed home.
