Tonight's fitness session was a 10-1 workout (10 reps, 9 reps, 8 reps etc.) of the following exercises.
1) Side hops 2) Inchworm + push-up 3) Star jumps 4) Sit-ups
It really did make us sweat and well done everyone for doing it.
