Parkrun & Goodgym share many qualities the most important one being that both organisations pride themselves as being for each and everyone of us., whatever our colour,creed, ethnicity. Today is Norfolk Pride weekend, were asked to wear bright colours if we wanted & lots of colours were on show. The weather was very warm & humid not ideal for a Oarkrun but 330 people attended. Roisin & I were on volunteer duties with a mention & credit for Brad who volunteered last week & I forgot to register him, well done
