"Humor is a spontaneous, wonderful bit of an outburst that just comes. It's unbridled, its unplanned, it's full of suprises." Erma Bombeck

Two quotes to get the Wednesday brain juices flowing.

Colchester was warm, sunny and fabulous last night.

We met to deliver leaflets for Level Best Art Cafe as they fully open to the public again - go find them on Culver Street East for some wonderful food and first class service!

There was some lovely running news as Vanessa gears up for Edinburgh marathon with Katherine (give them a cheer on the GG website), Frazer, Ella (3rd woman) and Dan enjoyed Colchester Stampede 10k and Louise prepares for Colchester Half Marathon. (Come and volunteer with us - Sunday 8.15am at the War Memorial outside Castle Park on the High Street).

After ducking and diving around the Dutch Quarter all all our leaflets were gone and we went to Castle Park where a spontaneous game of DONKEY ensued. A ball and a torpedo and some remarkable skills - we really got our minds thinking fast and there were giggles galore.

On the way home we discussed GG badges and speculated about what other badges could be offered...any thoughts in the comments!!

Enjoy the rest of your week!
