A crisp, sunny morning saw 252 leap out of bed, saw the sunshine and thought yes, no rain! Indeed no rain today but a week of wet weather and THE Catton Lake was indeed The Lake. The course overall was slippy in places. The run briefing reminded us of this. Volunteering today was more of a pleasure & most of us agreed we were wearing too many layers!
