It's hard to believe that our last plog was 13 weeks ago.....how time flies when you're having goodgym fun.

In fact, our last plog was a certain someone's first goodgym experience, now on their 14th mission.

Tonight we welcomed back Kerry for their second time.

CROESO

We have a planned route, hitting some of our lovely green spaces and the busy bike lane to the City Centre. As with most plogging sessions, the distance depends on how littered the areas are.

  1. Eglwys Dewi Sant
  2. Gorsedd Gardens & City Hall lawn
  3. Alexandra Gardens
  4. North Road / Bike lane
  5. Castle grounds

We managed an impressive 10 bags tonight and had plenty of thanks from other running clubs and local residents. It's nice to get thanks....
