Smashed out 26 parcels for 34 adults, 20 children and at least 101 dalmatians (felt like it anyway) The cake cafe ran out, busy busy busy, but with 5 GGers plus Rob, all went well

we had 7 strong Goodgymers helping out at the foodbank today. It was Veronika's first trip to the foodbank and first goodgym mission! she packed and stacked and helped deliver 16 food parcels feeding more than 30 people. Apologies to Fiona for missing you out of the group photo you were just too busy helping people!!!

A quick sweep and stack and everything was packed away ready for next week.

We had a plethora of happy helpers at the foodbank today. The old Goodgym hands showed everyone the ropes and packed parcels for those in need.

It was great meeting other gym members and they were really nice, I was extremely satisfied that I could be of a little help

Loads of fabulous Goodgymers were lifting, shifting and handing out parcels. Mani completed her first foodbank experience with aplomb whilst the old hands kept things running smoothly.

5 Goodgymers did excellent work at the Foodbank today! We took the time to celebrate Fiona's 50th Good deed whilst we packed, weighed and restocked!
