For part one of our good-deeding today, we helped Jane and her team transform St Luke's Church into a wonderful event space.

We followed a well thought out table plan and took photos of the altar set-up to ensure everything was returned to its rightful home at the end of the day.

Many thanks to some of the Ludosport (the international sport of Lightsabre combat) for helping us with some especially heavy lifting, and for letting us try out for their team!

With the countdown to key-return ticking, we made quick work of folding tables, putting an altar back together and setting up for Sunday's congregation.

We were certainly very pleased to have our pre set-up photos to guide us!

Second up in my series of hastily written reports is the main event... Jen's 500th Good Deed! Well, it was actually taking part in the Spot Of Activity Showcase, but showcasing GoodGym to Portsmouth residents and charities was certainly a wonderful way to celebrate this milestone.

Katie and Dave did most of the hard work whilst Jen took mini GGer Alice to explore the other groups and activities. Dave certainly loved going on Facebook Live!!

We had a few good chats with locals and other fitness leaders, hopefully there will be some new members and tasks coming up soon!
