A big welcome to Elizabeth who was on her first GoodGym encounter!

Some of the group ran to the task, a couple walked and one even cycled there, that's how inclusive GoodGym is!

Will met us there and explained the areas that needed covering. After a little while, we moved to a different area. Sadly me and Elizabeth H were trailing behind and subsequently lost the group for the remaining 40 minutes! At least we got to cover a lot of Mousehold Heath (it was very hilly though).

After another evening of hard work (pulling bracken or just walking haplessly around the heath) we met at the starting point and then made our way back.
