What a glorious scene greeted you as you entered Catton Park this morning, the Grounds staff had mowed walkways through the Park. Unfortunately the only part not mowed was the start run so it would be a wet footed start! Goodgymer Kathryn was celebrating her 40th birthday! YES 40 I’m sure she’s really 30 ! her family were also running/walking in celebration & her brother (from Lowestoft ) was first through the finish in celebration I'm sure. Lots of first time parkrunners join us, it’s so good more people are enjoying the benefits of getting outdoors to improve their wellbeing, so good to see and hear them enjoying do so.
