June from William Hobbayne Charity generously offered us a free gong bath session at the Hobbayne Centre in Hanwell. What a lovely way to say thank you for the many tasks GoodGym Ealing did for their organisation!

Although many of the most distinguished Hobbayne helpers couldn't make the session, several other GoodGymers (including a guest from Richmond, Chris and a new joiner, Sadia) made the most of the experience.

Some of us got seriously showered on the way there (the rain was like the Spanish Inquisition - no one expected it) but we were still up for checking out the ancient, multi-dimensional sound experience brought to us tonight by the Gong Master Patricia. Patricia gave us yoga mats and blankets and switched off the lights. She guided us into deep relaxation with her calming voice and playing various instruments, gong included.

It was a unique experience and yet another treat from Hobbayne Charity, after the kayaking session. To continue the giving back circle, stay tuned for the more upcoming tasks for the charity.
