Colchester had a topsy turvy day of hail, rain and sun but luckily we managed a dry run and cycle to and from the foodbank.
Donning our new Saucony T-Shirts we ran to Tollgate and the four of us worked hard to complete the clean. As discussed with Louise vacuum, mop and sweeping technique are not often part of a normal run, but readers, you should know by now that Goodgym reject normal to be unique! Instagram followers may see the afore mentioned technique...
The Foodbank has publicly asked for more donations lately but also the need for a clean storage facility is key. Goodgym Colchester hope that one day food poverty will end but for now we are happy to do our bit to help.
As we left an impressive buzzard sat on the building opposite to oversee our work and cheer us on!!
Have a great week everyone.
