Tonight 10 Goodgymers ran 5km to support Evolve East Anglia.

The task involved filling tyres with soil and rubble to help build a new structure described as an 'Earth Ship' in this community garden.

To make this happen the group split into 2 teams. The first team grabbed some tools to break up rubble in the ground, and dig up the soil around it. They then filled 2 wheelbarrows of soil & rubble, which was transported to the back of the garden.

The second team then filled the tyres with rubble, and packed the soil onto the top to my tyre-like bricks!

This simple procedure was repeated for 45mins as the walls of the Earth Ship started to rise, filling over 10 tyres in the process.

After the enjoyment of experiencing a brand new task, we thanked the hosts and accepted the offer of a few celebration chocolates!

Finally we ran back to the Forum, and finished with a few stretches and said our farewells.

Well done Team! See you next week.
