A flurry of Goodgymers attended the Eastney Junior Park Run. Rachel took times whilst giving a masterclass in delegation. Duncan gave a rousing speech about the wonders of Goodgym and exhalted the multitudes to get involved! Lucy John Jo Sinéad Katie and Traceymarshalled the race. Jen and Alice led a bouncing warm up and tail skipped the route. Fun was had by all and it was great to see the little smile on everyone's faces.
