A coffee and a chat were the order of the morning, all in aid of helping the team at Jetsam get some insight into how to promote their app and engage users of the app to take regular photos / complete the city surveys.

Mostly we talked about understanding the bigger picture, "rewards" for taking pictures (in the form of in-app badges / goals), smart litter pickers, raspberry pi (apparently not edible), launches/engaging with interested groups and app notifications.

I'm not 100% sure if we helped Steve or left him with more questions! He did send a message later to say thank you to everyone so hopefully it's the former.

Also, later on we found out that Jen ran a PB at parkrun this morning so a big cheer to her for that one!
