How do you keep a group of GoodGymers entertained on a leaflet drop?
With "dad" jokes and innuendos aplenty.
We were delivering leaflets for Fratton Community Centre's bingo evenings and table top sales... Cue Wilson's joke "how many table tops do you need?"
We used Jen's encyclopedic knowledge of Fratton to deliver to as many houses as possible. We went up Ethel and down Cuthbert, found house 69 and found that there are many different flaps... including ones that come off in your hands (oops) and ones on upside down.
I reached my goal steps and Val clocked up over 4k on the Strava. We can't confirm the rumours that Jo left a cuticle behind in Newcombe Road.
Approx 1000 leaflets delivered and almost as many jokes made. Another successful GoodGym night.
