...running in a Goodgym wonderland.

Another sunny evening in North Essex for Goodgym to get some kilometers in the legs and do some good.

We met on Queen Street and zigzagged our way through the lanes to get to Plum Hall.

It had been a few months since our last visit so the maintenance tasks were all much needed. Grouting, trimming, sweeping and litter picking galore. The homes are now pesticide free and Rebecca pointed out the areas that needed some TLC...

There was lovely chatter and hard graft and a nice jog back to base and home...Next week we are at the foodbank and our city centre tasks will be starting at the Mercury Theatre!!!
