Today Norwich Goodgymers Emily Rivers and Brad Day are getting married at 2pm so Brad decided to Catton Parkrun with his some of his family, while his son and other family members watched. Everyone took the course very steady today, and no one brought their Barkrunners to run the course, far to hot.
