A short one tonight, and a plog around the city - looking at the areas already getting built up ready for what will be Winter Wonderland.
Five eager gymers - doing good.
It was a great chance to chat as we welcomed back for the evening, David. Once gloved and warmed up we began our run, no route just where the litter called to us. Cleaner than it was this time last year, hopefully a good sign of what's to come. Once we had dropped our bags we made our way back to the start for a photo.
