We had a last minute change of task but it still an amazing evening.

20 of us (plus some extra locals) visited Wild Lakenham to help clear and cut back an overgrown public pathway.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun. There was a good turn out of young runners, and it is also great to see some really young volunteers joining in. Today that included two tail walkers.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun, on a warm sunny morning. Today one young runner was celebrating his 250th run - a first for Eaton Junior Parkrun. To celebrate the occasion today’s Run Director, James Wright, came dressed in his Lord Mayor’s gown and regalia, which really added to the occasion.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun. I was by the turn for the finish funnel so able to see the youngsters speed up and sprint for the line. We had just over 150 runners today.

I cycled to help someone who is blind to add braille labels to some of their CD collection so that she can independently choose music to listen to. There are a lot more CDs needing labelling.
