On a sunny winter morning, 3 of us headed to OWLS allotments to weed & woodchip. There's lot's to be done, so we'll head back on Wednesday to finish the job.

What a star we have in Helen! She did her 225th good deed over the last week delivering all of OWLS leaflets on her own.

Today, I headed up to OWLS allotments to weed the back bed. It was covered in nettles so I was stung A LOT but it looked loads better by the time I left :)

What a great night with the GoodGym Leeds gang!

In 30 degrees heat, we braved a short run up to the OWLS allotments. We've not been in a while so it needed some serious weeding but as there was 18 of us we got loads done and it looked so much better when we left! Adam wheeled Jubz around in a wheelbarrow full of insects, hopefully you've not been bitten Jubz!

We then headed back to Heart for a drink, chips and some lovely Indian cakes curtesy of Jubz's mum, thank you! :) The topics of conversation included erm cake & getting ticks in awkward places!

Helen took herself for a run & finished off the leafletting today for OWLS.

Tonight we met at Heart and split into two teams to deliver the OWLS Hooters. Kat & Helen were one team & Christian and I were the other. We did 6.5K & delivered all the leaflets to their local service users.

Good work all & thanks to Christian for slowing down to my pace!
