Report title inspired by Vicki and Samantha's impromptu karaoke dance break during their tailwalking exploits.

Out marshalling we had Angela who brought the rainbow to the Magic Roundabout whilst Charlotte kept an eye on things from Gate 2.

John got technical as a timekepper and Dave's counting skills were tested as Number Checker.

What a finale for GoodGym's January takeover at Eastney Junior parkrun!

Thirteen GoodGymmers swamped the roster, covering multiple marshalling points, tailwalking and volunteer coordination.

It was Eastney Juniors' 8th Birthday Party as well today and many of us joined in the fancy dress theme of "something beginning with P". Aoife's homemade panda outfit was epic (even if it did result in a mild visual impairment) and Dave looked effortless cool as a pilot. Samantha's present costume was not overly practical for token sorting, but she did look fabulous! Wilson and Katie kept everyone in check as our resident police officers.

Eastney Junior parkrun was absolutely awash with GoodGymmers today! 12 intrepid souls braved the frost and covered barcode scanning, marshalling, tail walking and finish token duties. Great work team! See you next week for a fancy dress spectacular!

Having a fab team of volunteers made my job as Run Director much easier! Dave stepped in to Timekeep at the last minute, Tony undertook the sometimes challenging role of Tailwalker and the rest of the time provided plenty of cheer and motivation as Marshals.

GoodGym did a pretty good job of filling the roster at Eastney Junior parkrun this week - fantastic start to their collaboration as part of the January Challenge!

Jen was in her usual warm-up leader role, and GoodGym newbie Loisa was our Run Diector for the day. Duncan and Tony got some extra steps in as parkwalker and tailwalker respectively. The rest of the squad, Dave, Lucy, Charlotte, Aoife and Sammy, took up the marshalling roles.
