13 GoodGymers took part in this sweaty circuit session.
Part 1 was as many rounds of the following in 5 minutes:
10x Star Jumps 10x Push-ups 10x Squats
Part 2 was as many rounds of the following in 5 minutes:
10x High Plank to Low Plank 10x Spotty Dogs 10x Burpees (while saying I Love Burpees)
Who knew you could build up such a sweat in 10 minutes?!
Darren then took control of Zoom with a game of Codenames.
