SESSION ORGANISER
Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Katie Carew-Robinson (she/her)
It was a smaller group than usual tonight, maybe because our multi-talented GoodGym members are also shy about showing those talents!
Tonight we got to watch a video of Sarah doing some very impressive baton twirling and saw pictures of Jo's house transformation. I got to balance on my arms whilst not bringing up my dinner and Jen also demonstrated a strong stomach with her go-to stress snack of chocolate frosting. Val's first talent was getting Zoom to work on her laptop (took a bit of logging off and on again), then later impressing us all with her party trick story which involved the many faces of Val! Lynn showed us her natural history collection highlights which included beetles organised by genus and species, a badger skull and various different poo samples (impala, water vole, otter, fallow deer). Judy put her mum, Evelyn, on the call to tell us all about the wonderful child Judy was, even if she did eat her dinner in the park and disappear for a whole day getting a part in the King and I!
In amongst all the talent demos there were plenty of laughs and, as every day's a school day, we even learnt about the link between nuns and IVF...
Next week we're playing guess who so please sign up here and get your baby photos over to Lynn.
