I was honoured to be able to help with the GoodGym Games today by providing a live workout.

In the spirit of lockdown it involved using loo rolls as exercise props.

It was brilliant to welcome representatives from many different GoodGym areas from Exeter to Liverpool and plenty of places in between.

We all got a good workout to kick off the weekend and compared notes on which events we'd entered in the games.
