I'm the warm snug Comfort of our dwellings little Goodgym elves made, wrote, coloured and created Christmas cards and decorations to be sent to local nursing home residents by the Hive. We then ran, walked, skipped and possibly elvishly flew them to the Hive to distribute.

GoodGymers will always give you hope for human nature!
All the donations for the Hampers for Hope filled the boot of my car and are now safely at the YOU Trust, ready to be put into the Festive Hampers for underprivileged clients.
THANK YOU!

Life and putting a boat back together got in the way of a few runs this week but those who got out and about definitely managed to find signs of Spring and plenty of flowers.
Katie L checked on the cherry trees we helped to plant (no blossom yet), Rachel looked for signs of life and also had a lovely bouquet indoors (🌟 for Gordon!). Kat was responsible for this week's theme and found plenty of flora round Southsea Common, including a red hot poker! Sinéad was almost running abroad over in Cambridge finding the signs of Spring there. I went round Copnor and Hilsea and found lots of flowers in a more urban area. Andi noticed the flowers by the Rose Garden but was too busy catching up with her friend to take photos!
Ellie reported: I ran in Southampton. The blossom is out and looking beautiful 😁 I had to eat a snack on route.
It's all around us if we just take a moment to look for it.
📸 Great photos from everyone.
