Mush-room to vacuum

Wednesday 4th February

Written by Jade

Stopped by the monthly lunchtime Soup and Co to check in ahead of our upcoming group session and enjoyed a restorative bowl of mushroom soup ahead of a serious vacuuming marathon. The space was left spotless, and the to-do list collated for a return visit in a couple of weeks.

Lifting spirits (and a lot of chairs)

Wednesday 4th February

There’s nothing like a brisk morning mission to prove you don't need a gym membership when there’s a church hall to clear. A huge welcome to our two newest members, Ahsan and Lisa - we hope to see you again soon. We were also joined by Rob, a seasoned GoodGym veteran - welcome back.

The little ARK space had been transformed. Well done, team!
